3. SMS/Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and consent, you may receive SMS related to your relationship with us:

  • Program description (transactional): Appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule updates, service notifications, maintenance reminders (e.g., filter-change due), and links to invoices or scheduling pages.

  • Consent: By providing your mobile number and submitting our booking form or otherwise providing written consent, you agree to receive SMS from High Desert Water Systems which may be sent via an autodialer at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Message frequency: 2-4 msgs/month, plus additional messages around scheduled appointments or service events.

  • Opt-Out Help: Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. After you send STOP, we may send a confirmation text and you will no longer receive SMS from us unless you later reply START to re-opt in.

  • Charges: Msg & data rates may apply.

  • Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How We Disclose Information

  • Do Not Track signals: We do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

  • US State privacy rights: Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or limit the use of your personal information. Submit requests as described in Section 12. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it.
